I’m a parent of baseball and softball players, my wife doesn’t come to the games but always wants to know the score. I saw other parents doing the same and even worse when the scoreboard was not operational we would just cheer or rely on the one parent to remember the score.
So I wrote a scorekeeper app for my phone, I was happy with how it functioned so I continued to use the score tracker for the remainder of the season. Until my kids started new sports.
However, as the baseball season approached, I noticed that my score keeping app was getting popular so it needed some more features, mainly photos. So I thought it was a good time to attempt to make my scorekeeper application for all devices and all parents.
The baseball scorekeeper on this page is my latest attempt at the mobile and web-app combo version. Use the app to keep score and the app or website to view the live score that updates automatically without refresh.
You can either track the score or track the score, the inning, outs, ball, and strikes. If you are using a real book I’ve put together a Baseball Scorekeeper Cheats Sheet that’s mobile-friendly
