We build sports management tools designed to make local and youth sports easier for volunteer coaches and parents. We believe your sideline management tools should respect your privacy, work offline without requiring an account, and stay free of intrusive tracking and advertisements.

• Zero Advertisements: We do not display third-party banner ads, interstitials, or video ads in our apps, nor do we embed ad-tracking networks.
• We Do Not Sell Your Data: We never sell, lease, rent, or monetize your personal information, game scores, or team rosters to third parties, data brokers, or marketing networks.
• Local-First Storage: You do not need to register an account to use our apps. All team rosters, game scores, timers, and player notes are stored locally on your device by default.

Our Services are designed as administrative and scoring utilities for adult coaches, team managers, volunteer referees, and parents. The Services are not directed toward children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts.

We recognize that adult coaches and parents use our apps to manage youth sports teams (such as Little League, Pop Warner, and community sports leagues). In this context:

• Player rosters, jersey numbers, photos, and playtime records are entered exclusively by adult coaches or parents for team administration and fair-play compliance.
• We do not use player information for marketing, profiling, or commercial exploitation.
